Entrepreneurship Is…

Entrepreneurship is... Entrepreneurship is... Entrepreneurship is... The definition of entrepreneurship for me is someone who embarks on their lifestyle to fulfill themselves in ways of intrinsic and extrinsic rewards. Intrinsic rewards can be fulfillment, happiness, joy, and gratitude. Extrinsic can be financial, material, recognition, and awards. Entrepreneurship is fulfilling because I have the choice to live my lifestyle the way I choose.

Like Frank Sinatra once said, "I did it my way." and that's the way I'll die. Before I break out into Frank Sinatra's song, let's go to the next point of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is gratifying because I get to be of service to my clients, team, and other individuals who want to be entrepreneurs. I'm now choosing to use my platform as an advocate in many ways for different people, along with helping clients redefine their reputation. Entrepreneurship is lonely. Whoa. That took a turn. As a business owner, you lead a completely different lifestyle than anyone. Even in a location where you're immersed with other entrepreneurs, you still need to have laser focus in your business.

Entrepreneurship is freeing because I choose anything I want to do within a day. The caveat, I have extreme discipline, laser-focus, and undeniable courage, which allows me to do this. I wake up extremely early and go to bed early. It's freeing because I get to create my lifestyle by designing my schedule. I have the freedom to record videos whenever I want and meet with clients on a set schedule.

Entrepreneurship is abundant because it allows me to expand and create relationships in different markets, different industries, and different groups of people. Ample opportunities consist of team members to help me grow the business, prospective clients, and speaking engagements.

This is Entrepreneurship for me.

Leave in the comments what entrepreneurship is for you by starting the sentence, "Entrepreneurship is." Okay? If you work a nine to five job or your senior-level executive, I welcome you to comment about your lifestyle.

Simply stated, "A senior-level executive is" or "Leadership is”  Choose one adjective that describes your lifestyle in your working profession and answer why. That way we can all share about why we love our work!
