Client Work: Klemm Real Estate Vacation Collection
Client: Peter Klemm Vice President, Klemm Real Estate
Marketing status: Ongoing
Industry: Real Estate
Francesca Ragucci Marketing has the honor of partnering with our client, Peter Klemm, to present the Vacation Collection. This is a collection of short-term rental properties in Litchfield County, where one can book a stay to enjoy the bliss of Litchfield. This is a concept to access new clients. The purpose of the Vacation Collection is to allow an individual to experience the area for the first time at any time of the year. This is a great opportunity when searching for a school within the area and time to relax within the natural elements.
Within the marketing process, Francesca Ragucci Marketing upholds the vision of the Hotel Collection within a social media environment. The short-term rental homes serve as an introduction to the area before one move to Litchfield County.
Our strategy is to access a resident of Manhattan searching for a second home in Connecticut. Our company uses hashtags and events to grow Peter Klemm’s influence on social media. There is an ongoing advertisement campaign on Facebook and Instagram. Within the content strategy, we write copy that tells the story of Litchfield County. Litchfield is a county of inspiration and privacy. When one resides in this location, they are choosing to get away for the lively energy of the city and retreat to the peace of nature. The homes are nestled with acres of trees and open land or lakefront.
Our creative approach is to use images of the Vacation Collection to show the variety of options available. There are fourteen homes within the collection. They are all in desirable neighborhoods in Litchfield County. We choose to theme each post with visuals in alignment with the copy. For example, when the text references pools and outdoor scenes, the images parallel this theme. Therefore, when a prospective client looks at the pictures and reads the copy, they visualize themselves staying at the Vacation Collection.
