Uphold your integrity in a social media environment. Have the same level character online as you do in person. Observe your demeanor in conversation with your clients and internal company. As a human, you have unique character traits. Help yourself create an honest representation on social media by identifying your core personality traits. What is the uniqueness of you? Set aside competition for now. Just focus on you. Why does a client select you?
In an industry with options, it is the person who sets forths an identifiable personality that upholds integrity. You have courage in your work and integrity in your actions. When a new client meets you for the first time, you make a first impression. Today, when the client meets your social media presence for the first time, you make a first impression. So yester-years mentality is done. Welcome to the technology present.
Integrity is an essence that is within you all day and even. At the same time, you're sleeping because your presence on social media, is fully alive and awake even when your physical body sleeps. Your reputation is present on social media at all times. Anytime you post content, your personality shows. The unique attribute that is you remains intact no matter your life on this planet; how long you've been here, the years of experience, the clientele or the number of services that you provide, you are the same within your essence and personality.
Another angle of this is speech, demeanor and gestures. Integrity, personality, credibility, experience, reputation, redefine your reputation by the character you are, by the relationships that you have and the wealth that you cultivate by having these quality relationships. You have a superior business. You are excellent because you are the leader. Cultivate a positive way about yourself that is respectable and shows integrity. Proclaim your message no matter the medium.
