Twilight Photos Take your Property to the Next Level
I know, your first hint of willingness to have a new image of your property or is on a bright, sunny day. Envisioning images on a clear skies, beautiful day will bring new appeal to you. How about this, twilight images. YES! Have the main image on your website or a few social media posts be your property at night. Just before the sun sets & the moon rises, there is roughly a 30 minute breathtaking view of color & texture within the sky, that is called twilight. Allow me to further explain.
Twilight vs. Daytime shoots
When is the best time to schedule a photo shoot, during the day or at twilight? It may not seem like there is much of a difference, but twilight photos can take your property from ordinary to extraordinary.
Visually appealing. The absence of shadows from the sun, the cool blues and purples of the evening sky, and the glow of the lights from within the home, it reminds the buyer or guest of their need for shelter and protection. And when a beautiful sunset is captured at the same time, it creates a feeling of calmness and relaxation. Bottom line, twilight photos strike the right chord with the potential guest or buyer.
No curb appeal, no problem. Another thing to think about is if your listing lacks curb appeal, a vibrant twilight photo will give the property a dimensional look.
Stand out. When buyers are searching through hundreds of listings, most of them show pictures of homes during the daytime. Twilight photos will help houses stand out from the rest. If the outside looks appealing, buyers may be more compelled to look through the inside photos.
