New Ventures
Right now, I am taking on a volume of transformational projects both for my business and clients. This mindset is allowing me to re-organize and have support from my team. In a way, I am best at taking on a large variety of projects. A variety of projects gives me a jolt of energy to improve and balance. A new podcast venture, Redefine Your Reputation with Francesca Ragucci and TikTok, is helping me have the courage to start.
The balance of organization and creative flow is how I create and cultivate with ease and joy. When a new client joins with a variety of projects and events, I am confident to partner on a new venture. Being an Entrepreneur is about facing all opportunities with courage. Gratefully, I am sharing a variety of content seven days per week, multiple times per day.
A new strategy I am enjoying is macro content, then micro content. Micro content means create the video, article and podcast first then distribute to small pieces of content throughout the week. Say you have a 10 minute video or podcast. Out of those 10 minutes, access 1 minute of wisdom you spoke and post that on social media. Short-form content (micro) out of the long-form content (macro).
