First 30 Days as a Monthly Marketing Client

I am happy to announce that Francesca Ragucci Marketing is officially and publicly forging an agency direction. With our clients' generous support, we are in a position to transition the business to more significant growth opportunities. When bringing on new clients for our signature service, we have a set protocol, the Monthly Marketing Plan. After the initial consultation, we send over plan options and the welcome plan, so you are well aware of how we work with you. Once you select a plan, we start the onboarding process, which is broken down into day one, week one and the first thirty days.
The first day of the plan is when you choose your involvement level as a client. Our plan levels are divided into groups to help you discern service and cost differences. After your selection, you will immediately go into our system as a client. We request all necessary logins to operate the accounts adequately. To partner with you effectively, we check-in on operations daily. Your platforms will get hooked into our social media software so we can schedule and manage campaigns accordingly.
Within the first week, you will provide us photos, videos and documents of information you want on your social media channels. This typically includes your headshot, business-relevant pictures of yourself, pictures of your services and all other material. We want to have a variety of information so your account is authentic. Google Drive or Dropbox are the preferred methods of communication.
Following the first week, we schedule a call to begin work. This call will give you an update of strategies as to how we will integrate our working style with your working style in the first thirty days and so on. We want to try new approaches to see which fit best for everyone. You as a client, have access to emailing us whenever you want. Keep in mind our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 - 5:00 EST. You also have the option to schedule your allotted call time with us. We recommend that you schedule the same day and time for each meeting to stay on schedule. We use call time as a means of checking in with the strategy. Most of our in-depth communication will be on email. This is easier for documentation purposes and to keep a history of conversations. As we emerge into the first thirty days, you will sit back and watch us manage your reputation on social media.
