CHALLENGE:
A Realtor at Berkshire Hathaway wanted to develop their lifestyle brand online for the first time. They wanted to appeal to a niche group of individuals who lives and recognizes the best in life, through their residence, restaurants, technology, and community activities.
SOLUTION:
I manage and engage with their target client on their Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts. I also send out weekly email marketing campaigns. The client themselves made it easy to for me to set branding because they live the same lifestyle. I used elegant shades of purple, black, and beige and sophisticated font styles that embodies a luxurious lifestyle. Through photo selection, I was able to help bring the lifestyle to life.
